Seeking high-energy individuals who are ready to hit the ground running in our super busy Crystal Lake Real Estate office. The ideal candidates will be a detailed oriented Executive Admin with a history of initiative. Real estate experience is a MUST! A natural leader who embraces taking ownership and juggling multiple tasks, possess a high attention to detail, is a team player and identifies with clients & other Professionals.

Qualifications/Skills:

- Working with the public, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments.

-Excellent computer, typing and communication skills are essential.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 for Business and related applications.

-Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation a plus!

-Ability to learn CRM software and other Real Estate related applications.

-Exceptional organizational and time management skills are a must!!!

-Ability to perform under pressure by being able to problem solve, multi-task, prioritize workload and adhere to strict deadlines is a must.

-Natural ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to build and maintain highly regarded relationships with customers, clients and vendors.

Real Estate Experience is a must! Compensation: Commensurate with Experience.
